this product is a joke if you have a normal pc forget it you will never be able to run the software it will freez u’r pc like hell … and they say calls are free that coz you never able to talk more then 3 mits and the call will drop…this is a cheep phone line and bleave me it’s cheep quality as well iam going back to the land line this is a rip off you have to have a world class pc to run it if you don’t don’t get it

Its funny how alot of reviews that are bad been posted, well i cannot speak for someone’s experience, but mine so far have been good so far.
Once u have a great internet connection and good specs on your computer, u will have little or no problems with your calls.
The only draw back is having your computer on all the while, which kinda a sucks with the light bill.
So far i have been saving alot with this device.

My magicjack is great — quality as good as landline and so close to free. This phone comes with all the services you could want — those that the phone company charges $6-$8 monthly for each one. What I love about the voicemail is that every voicemail generates an email and you can listen to your messages on any computer (or of course you can access it from your phone). You can go online and forward your MJ number to another number in the event of a power outage too. I just love this and with my family all over the country it’s really great to talk long distance all I want to, with landline quality, free. You can’t go wrong here.

I’ve had magicjack for about a year now and when i first got it it worked ok. but now when I talk to someone more often that not my call will be dropped and I will have to call the person back. the person on the other end cannot understand me because my voice is either breaking up or my voice is sounding like a machine with echoes and the same thing when i’m talking to someone; their voice breaks up or sounds machine like. they don’t have a phone number for customer service, you have to go to their websight which doesn’t help you at all. and to think that I bought 2 years of service.

I see a lot of negative reports being given about this product. For me, it is just one great invention. From the moment I inserted it to this present moment which is about two weeks, it has worked just fine. This divice owes me nothing. I dear say that it paid for itself the very first day I started using it. I used it for about six hours straight. This bill would have been far more costly than the Magic Jack. Very good product. Keep up the good work.
